Does this product really work?
Yes, our products work well. However, results vary from person to person. There are customers who have had results in as little as a week, while others may see results in 30 days.
How soon can I see results?
Results vary per person. We advise that you use the product consistently for 30 days before seeing results but some have seen results in as little as a week. Just use the product according to the instructions on the bottle. Consistency is key.
Do ReineNoire Beauty Products work for all hair types/textures?
Yes, our products work for all hair types/textures.
Can your products be used on children?
Yes we've had customers use it on children as young as 6 months. We do recommend you use your own discretion. Our products are safe and made with 100% natural ingredients.
Why is the color slightly different from the product I just ordered to the one I already have?
We use 100% natural and organic ingredients with no chemicals at all. Due to the nature of the ingredients, the consistency and scent may differ slightly from batch to batch.
What if I had an allergic reaction to your product?
We advise you read the ingredients carefully. Some people can have coconut, avocado, etc allergies. We recommend discontinue use immediately in the event that you do have an allergic reaction.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Once orders are shipped we cannot make changes to delivery address, or make any product changes.
What is your return policy?

Can I cancel my order?
Although we do not offer any returns or refunds, you may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, before it has been shipped or packed for shipment – by reaching out to us via email.
What do I do if I have missing items in my order?

When will my order ship?

How do I track my order?
We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are only shipping to the United States.
