Shipping & Refund Policy
At ReineNoire Beauty, we strive for complete satisfaction for our customers and of our products; however, once an order has been placed and the item has been shipped, we do not offer returns or refunds.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If damage occurs to your product during shipment, contact us by email immediately at shop.reinenoirebeauty@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, email address, and photos of damaged items. Only online purchases from www.reinenoirebeauty.shop are accepted for damaged returns.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
CANCELING AN ORDER
Although we do not offer any returns or refunds, you may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, before it has been shipped or packed for shipment – by reaching out to us via email.
MY PACKAGE IS STOLEN OR LOST. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Once an order has shipped, ReineNoire Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. The customer must enter a safe and accurate address when entering their shipping address. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.
Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.
SHIPPING LEAD TIME
It will take on average anywhere from 7-10 business days for your order to ship. Our products are 100% made by hand and as a result we don't have the luxury of fast machine capability to instantly ship out our products. Please bear with us!
All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.

DOMESTIC ORDERS
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustments unless notified. So please verify that you entered the correct address, before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. If you notice that you’ve entered the wrong address you can email us at shop.reinenoirebeauty@gmail.com with the correct shipping address before your order has shipped.
Note: Once an order has shipped we will not update the address.
If a package is returned to ReineNoire Beauty due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. ReineNoire Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
